Prior to booking an appointment, please carefully read the below policies.
All services provided by Aesthetics With Kelly are subject to these policies.

The services provided at Aesthetics With Kelly are medical procedures performed by a qualified Registered Nurse therefore to ensure you receive optimal results, please follow the aftercare instructions closely.
Please don’t hesitate to contact Kelly if you have any questions regarding this. The instructions are provided verbally or on a product card in clinic as well as in an email after your appointment is completed. Please read this email each time you receive treatment to ensure you are aware of all aftercare instructions.
When booking online there is an option to be added to a waitlist if you cannot find a suitable time for an appointment.
Please note the clinic is open Wednesday through to Saturdays, with closure on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays. You can also call or text Kelly on 0408 335 229 if you need assistance finding an appointment time.
At the clinic, there is no waiting area therefore please remain in your car if you arrive early. If it’s your appointment time, please head to the front door where Kelly will meet you.
Before and After photographs of the treatment you receive is essential to assess the progress/result of the service. This provides an opportunity for the nurse injector to compare and if possible, to correct any issues. Before and After images will not be shared on social media or for any advertising purposes as of March 2024 due to advertising law changes.
I understand life can be busy and situations out of our control can pop up. Please note that 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. I require a $50 deposit when bookings are made, therefore please be considerate when cancelling or changing appointments with short notice. A confirmation email is sent when the booking is made, and a text message is sent the day before your appointment time.
I am a mum with young children, therefore acknowledge and appreciate that sometimes you must bring your children along to your appointment. As we will be discussing very important information during the consultation process and I will then be performing a medical procedure, please ensure your children have something to keep themselves busy with for the duration of the appointment. i.e. iPad/phone. If I feel it is unsafe to continue with the appointment due to ongoing distractions, it is in both of our best interests to reschedule the appointment to another time.
For all new patients, please book an initial consultation whereby your concerns and questions can be answered. This service has a $50 booking fee and is redeemable towards a future appointment or skincare product/s. If no treatment or product is needed/necessary then the $50 is kept as an appointment fee.
During your consultation, your budget and your treatment plan pricing will be discussed. Before treatment is commenced, the cost of the service will be shared with you, and no treatment will commence until you have verbally consented to the cost. Payment for the service will need to be provided on the day and payment types include cash, credit card, bank transfer, AfterPay.
Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in clinic to any value. Please note that no change is given for any remaining value on the voucher, instead the remaining value will become a credit on your account. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
If you are late for your appointment, please let Kelly know as soon as possible as we may not be able to complete your appointment safely in the remaining time.
Any no shows will forfeit their booking deposit.
Bookings can be made online via our online booking system. For most treatments a $50 deposit will be required to secure your booking time (except for the initial consultations). The deposit will be deducted from your total treatment price. When an online booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will have a function that will allow you to change the appointment date or time if needed. Please note you will not be able to change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment commencing.
Before your appointment, you will receive a form via text message that will ask you several questions regarding your medical history. Please fill this in before your appointment (new and existing patients) for us to review for any contraindications or changes to your medical history.
Please include as much detail as you can to ensure that your records are up to date for each treatment. This form is only viewed by the clinic staff and will be kept securely within the software program.
Please note if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, I cannot perform treatments on you as there is minimal studies to suggest that it is safe. If you are currently trying to conceive, please discuss with me prior to attending your appointment.
If there is a treatment that we feel you will benefit from and is not offered here at Aesthetics With Kelly, then we may refer you to another reputable clinic that can provide you with this service.
Like any medical procedure, results cannot be guaranteed or refunded. All procedure results are unique to each individual and may vary from person to person. Each patient receives an individualised treatment plan unique to them, therefore treatment dosing and cost is variable from person to person.
Once you have received your treatment, the treatment cost cannot be refunded if the result is not what was expected. A treatment review is always encouraged as additional product may be required to reach the desired result.
If you are a new patient to the clinic, a 2 week review will be required for Anti-Wrinkle treatments and a 4 week review for all other treatments. This allows us to provide dosing adjustments and to ensure the results are appropriate.
If you have any concerns before your review appointment, please don't hesitate to reach out to the clinic. If further product is required at the review appointment, the additional cost will be discussed before the dose adjustment is commenced. For Anti-Wrinkle treatments, dose adjustments must occur between 2-3 weeks of the initial treatment for optimal results.
At times, a treatment you would like to receive may not actually be suitable for you. The aesthetic at Aesthetics With Kelly is based around natural results and ethical procedures. Therefore, if your desired treatment is not appropriate, then this will be discussed with you and treatment may be refused. This may be due to a medical history with a contraindication, existing filler that does not require more, pre-pregnancy conception within 3 months of treatment, anyone under the age of 18 years old, or a treatment that will provide very minimal or no improvement.
I take your privacy seriously. For the safety of my patients, I maintain records of any health or medical conditions which may be used for current or future bookings. This allows me to make an informed clinical decision on whether the service or treatment can safely go ahead (eg. allergies, pregnancy, medical conditions). These health records are not used for any other purpose. Patient records are held securely within the clinic software system and can only be seen by members of the clinic team.
